We seek a scheduling assistant to join the Technical Services Division to work within our daily scheduling team; allocating jobs and assisting with of our team of technicians, engineers and sub contractors. The successful candidate will have the skill of a scheduler to get the most from the schedule satisfying both our team and our clients
Duties will include:
- Interpreting jobs and scheduling inline with location and priority
- Scheduling technicians and sub contractors
- Work towards achieve target
- Closing off the schedule each day
- Invoicing the schedule daily
- Alert the helpdesk team of urgent next steps such as parts and quotes
- Monitoring email and dealing with inquiries
- Raising and logging service requests to Simpro
- Become a part of the helpdesk team General duties
