We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Team Leader who will coordinate the effective operation and supervision of the myHomecare’s Western Australian Scheduling Team. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality, customer-focused approach to services and ensuring quality administration for the effective functioning of myHomecare's scheduling system and processes.
As a Scheduling Team Leader, you will:
- Be responsible for guiding the Scheduling Team in ensuring that Customers receive the best in class experience we can provide.
- Lead and mentor a team of scheduling coordinators to deliver effective schedules for both clients and staff.
- Ensure that communication to clients is managed appropriately in a timely fashion according to Scheduling requirements.
- Respond to escalations and provide reporting on errors proactively and as required by management.
- Ensure that the Scheduling function performs against key business objectives and support the National Scheduling Team as needed.
- Provide ongoing reporting to enable a deeper understanding to support recruitment and operational activities.
We are looking for someone with:
- Exceptional record of Customer Service delivery pertaining to both verbal and written communication mediums.
- Proven ability to develop, mentor and guide the team and resolve client and staff issues in order to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and organizational skills to effectively plan and allocate workload.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a myHomecare value-driven environment.
- Ability to provide reports as required by management.
- Advanced experience with the Microsoft Suite of applications.
- Adept understanding of workforce scheduling principles.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly shifting regulatory environment.
