In this role you will lead a Scheduling Team to successfully coordinate trades, a critical role contributing to the overall success of the organisation.Client DetailsJoin this WA owned commercial property maintenance business based in Maylands.DescriptionDay to day duties involve:Leading a team of Scheduling Coordinators providing guidance, training and support to ensure effective scheduling practicesContinuously evaluating and improving scheduling processes and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness: Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and issues that arise, such as resource constraints, delays, or changes in project scope.Responding to high volume phone calls and emailsMonitoring and updating in-progress and pending jobsLiaising with trades to ensure that work is completed/re-scheduledRegular communication with clients on the status of worksProfileThe ideal candidate for this role has extensive scheduling and leadership experience. They will have previously worked in a demanding and fast paced environment and thrive under pressure,You will be an excellent communicator and natural relationship builder who can engage with a diverse range of individuals effective.
