St James College is a progressive co-educational (Years 5 - 12) Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition offering high quality innovative pathways to students with an emphasis on global learning and achieving aspirations for students from very diverse, multicultural backgrounds.
We are seeking a School Officer to commence as soon as possible. This is a Level 4 School Officer position.
The following credentials are sought:
- prior experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities is desirable
- qualifications or educational experience which could include educational support / therapy / youth work background
- ability to work in a dynamic student focused team environment
- creative approach to student engagement.
The successful applicant must have a Blue Card. All applicants will be subject to EREA and legislative screening procedures. These checks are consistent with EREA’s commitment to child protection policies and procedures.
