Our belief in the transformative power of relationships lies at the heart of everything we do.
Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA) is a not-for-profit, secular, community organization, helping people to overcome difficulties and bring about positive change in their lives. We offer services for families, couples and individuals of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
The Schools, Communities, Innovations and Learning Services (SCILS) program aims to promote successful engagement in learning and employment pathways and improve the social and emotional wellbeing of young people and their families. We understand that family complexities, developmental or learning differences, traumatic events or mental health challenges can create additional barriers to traditional learning and employment. Our team works in partnership with schools and consists of staff with case management skills. Staff often also have interests in activities that are engaging to young people like music, drama, outdoor adventure etc.
The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring consistent, high quality, and timely delivery of case management services provided by the SCILS program. This includes day to day support and operational supervision of staff, regular liaison with schools regarding student progress, responding to parents and student concerns, monitoring and reporting data, and carrying a small case load as needed. The Team Leader will oversee and ensure all Case Management processes are compliant and up to date as required by the Education Department. As part of a broader SCILS Leadership Team, the Team Leader contributes to the development and delivery of all aspects of services offered by SCILS.

- Significant experience in providing case management.

*How Salary Packaging can increase your take home pay
Salary packing is an entitlement granted by the Federal Government to workers in approved non-government and health organisations. Salary Packaging can increase your take home salary by creating tax free earnings. In effect, $15,899 of your wage can be paid tax free in each fringe benefit tax year. This 'tax free' amount is in addition to the tax-free threshold of $18,200 for income.
