The Opportunity: We're currently seeking a dynamic Site Security Manager to lead our team at a prestigious corporate site nestled in Perth's bustling CBD. This is not just a job; it's a chance to shape the future of security management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead operational management of personnel at the facility with precision and finesse.
- Implement security directives with creativity and adaptability.
- Cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure seamless administration and regulatory compliance.
- Strategize, organize, and execute day-to-day operations with a focus on continual improvement.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and account audits to uphold our standards of excellence.
- Sites are primarily CBD but will include some outer suburbs
- Car is provided as part of overall package
What We're Looking For: Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven management experience in a similar capacity.
- A valid security license and first aid/CPR certification.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems and a knack for technology.
- Impeccable presentation and professionalism.
- Australian Citizenship or Full Working Rights
