We are looking for a supportive and enthusiastic SEA Manager to oversee program delivery throughout WA and be part of Training Alliance Group’s (TAG) Management team.
About the Role
TAG has delivered a suite of programs to job seekers in Western Australia since 2012.
Our approach maximises awareness & engagement while co-designing a solution to support new and small businesses in WA. Workshops will highlight the benefits of business ownership while explaining & simplifying the establishment process. Our suite of assessments provide insight, allowing targeted support. High quality training and mentoring helps new business owners to overcome barriers & develop capacity. TAG has proven experience working with job seekers to optimise participation and engagement in their own development.
As the SEA Manager you will provide operational leadership and guidance to our team of Consultants and Trainers, ensuring high quality customer focused program delivery throughout metro and regional locations across the state. Core activities include:
- Providing management and leadership to successfully deliver the SEA program in WA.
- Coordinating and presenting at workshops to promote the program across multiple locations.
- Coordinating effective program delivery across our contracted regions.
- Supporting job seekers to develop high quality plans, optimising the success rate for their new business.
- Delivering and overseeing delivery of accredited qualifications and micro-credentials.
- Being the first point of contact for trainers and mentors.
- Continuously monitoring and reporting on the performance of the team and assisting with training and development.
- Driving the overall performance and ensuring the program is aligned with the Departmental and organisational KPIs.
- Liaising with stakeholders and ensuring delivery is aligned to the local workforce needs.
- Ensuring and maintaining quality compliance with the Department and Training Guidelines.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Perth North, and applicants must be willing to travel within WA.
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
- Possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 including units TAEASS502 and TAELLN411) or higher - or be willing to obtain.
- Hold the necessary qualifications to deliver Certificate III (BSB30220) and IV (BSB40320) in Entrepreneurship and New Business units - or be willing to obtain.
- Possess a sound understanding and demonstrated experience in the SEA program or Employment Services industry.
- Demonstrate management experience within a multi-site team.
- Have a proven ability to drive organisational performance, set KPIs and monitor outcomes of the team.
- Have strong knowledge of the local labour market and ability to liaise with people on all levels.
- Have ability to work under pressure, prioritise and complete work within established deadlines.
- Possess excellent IT and administration skills.
- Have flexibility to work across various sites in WA and provide operational support as needed.
