WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As a vital team member, you'll propel our online presence through strategic SEO and SEM initiatives. Conducting comprehensive keyword research, optimising website content, and implementing structured data will be in your wheelhouse. You'll develop and execute content strategies, conduct technical SEO audits, and build high-quality backlinks. Analysing performance using tools like Google Analytics, you'll also manage PPC campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and stay ahead of industry trends. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work with cross-functional teams, and your budget management skills will ensure cost-effective spending. Finally, your documentation prowess will be key in preparing regular reports and presentations for stakeholders. You won't be acting alone, you'll work closely with our expert marketing team to ensure consistency and the most innovative ideas are pursued!

YOU WILL NEED...

• Demonstrated expertise in SEO and SEM, showcasing a proven track record of enhancing search rankings and SEM performance
• Proficiency in utilising SEO tools for effective analysis
• Strong analytical skills, with a background in data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional work ethic, self-motivated, and committed to achieving excellence
• An eagerness to expand and refine skills in our dynamic and forward-thinking health and fitness brand
• Previous experience in the eCommerce sector
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• To thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to bringing ideas to the table

IT'S NICE TO HAVE...

• Google Ads and SEO certifications
• Prior experience within the lifestyle, apparel, health or fitness industry
• A passion for sports, health and well-being
