Your Role:
As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you'll be responsible for driving new Business Development in the waste management sector. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new Business Development by identifying, prospecting, and securing new clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Report on sales performance and market insights to company leadership.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in Business Development or sales.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
- A motivated, results-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in office software applications.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Eligible to work in Australia (visa, permanent residency, or citizenship).
