We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team on a Full-Time basis.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client base. You will manage key accounts, develop comprehensive insurance strategies, and serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients.
please note this position will be 5 days onsite at our Mooroolbark office
About the Role
The successful applicant would expect the following responsibilities as part of their role (including but not limited to):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth and retention objectives.
- Collaborate with underwriters and risk management professionals to design customised insurance programs.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products, coverage options, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering proactive recommendations and solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Oversee the renewal process, negotiate terms, and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed guidance to clients.
About You
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking or Diploma Insurance Broking
- 5+ years insurance broking experience.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
