Yurika has a permanent opportunity in its Telecommunications team for a Senior Account Manager located in Newstead (preferably) and are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates.
This is a Professional & Managerial Grade Two (PM2) level position with salaries starting from $159k for a 10 day fortnight, plus 12.75% superannuation.
The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the successful applicant’s knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in these positions. Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Energy Queensland Union Collective Agreement 2020
The role
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for owning, proactively managing, and developing the business relationship between Yurika and the assigned customer portfolio, including internal and external stakeholders; whilst growing Yurika’s telecommunications business, achieving assigned sales and profitability goals, providing business and technical expertise and support in the design of complex telecommunication service solutions.
About you
Critical to your success in the role is your demonstrated business/commercial acumen in the area of client relations within the telecommunications industry, as well as your strong knowledge of telecommunications products and services for the Australian market. You have excellent interpersonal, communications and stakeholder management skills and an ability to develop rapport with internal and external customers in a complex technical environment.
Additionally, you will have:
- Degree qualifications in Business or Telecommunications Certificate III in Telecommunications
- Demonstrated IT/Telco industry experience
- Significant experience working in a complex account operations or client relations in the telecommunications industry
