We're currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow accounts in the Food Service sector across Victoria and Tasmania.
How you will make contributions that matter:
Reporting to the National Business Manager, Foodservice, you will work independently to ensure sales objectives are met and partner with your manager on developing and driving the strategy.
This will include:
- Meeting with distributors regularly to ensure we continue to be viewed as a trusted partner
- Developing and implementing short- and long-term business plans identifying growth opportunities that align to State/National strategies
- Managing an Account Manager as a Direct Report
- Review and analyse accounts performance across all key metrics
- Working closely with your colleagues and key stakeholders internally to ensure a positive client experience every time
The territory encompasses all of Victoria and Tasmania and as such there will be some travel required. You'll work on a hybrid arrangement and will enjoy a high level of autonomy with the flexibility to arrange your schedule.
About you:
You're a self-starter who loves developing and building on long-term, sustainable business partnerships.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in managing foodservice distributor relationships
- Ability to work independently and to self-motivate
- The ability to align your actions to the broader business strategy
- Resilience, enthusiasm and exceptional interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's licence is also a requirement in this role
