I am currently recruiting for a dynamic boutique firm located in the heart of North Sydney. They provide a comprehensive range of services to cover the entirety of a clients financial and wealth needs. This includes tax, accounting, advisory, SMSF, and financial planning.
As a business they believe in employing the latest technology and tools to help drive efficiencies and maintain a competitive edge. They have established a team of offshore staff in the Philippines, who handle the administration and compliance work. Allowing the team here in Sydney to focus on review and relationship management.

Key duties of the role include:
- Provide high quality compliance and advisory services to clients to a portfolio of clients
- Support the firm’s Directors and Senior Managers in the preparation of advisory work.
- Nurture, train, and develop junior staff members
- Liaising with clients, responding to their queries and further nurturing relationships
- Dealing with regulatory bodies such as the ATO & ASIC in respect to client matters
The ideal candidate will possess:
- CA or CPA qualified
- 4+ years experience in public practice accounting
- Experience working with a wide variety of clients and group structures
- Great attention to detail and strong technical skills
- A willingness to learn and share knowledge
