Job description

You will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing team's day in order. This role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Your tasks are as below but not limited to: 

  • Preparation and execution of contracts
  • Provide knowledge of legislation 
  • Assisting with promotional material, ordering signs and brochures
  • Marketing and advertising as required
  • Event coordination as required 
  • Database management
  • Executive assistant duties for the Principal 
As the ideal candidate you will have
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong knowledge of legislation
  • Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
  • The ability to work pro-actively and independently
  • Be enthusiastic and driven
  • Previous 2 years experience within Sales & Contracts Administration in Real Estate, must be confident with tasks.
