- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120,859.00 to $133,183.00 + super
The role also provides strategic advice while working closely with policy and program teams to deliver successful and better policy outcomes through the integration of stakeholder views, adding a depth of perspective to policy formulation and implementation.
About the role
As a Senior Advisor, you will support the development of processes and information to increase ongoing stakeholder awareness of state government policy priorities, including explaining policies and advising of the possible implications. You will gather and record information to identify risks and trends to enable the proactive development of desired outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
About You
You would have proven experience in developing and delivering communications and/or engagement programs with multiple competing interests. You would have experience developing and maintaining professional and collaborative relationships and bringing people together to drive positive outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent, relevant professional experience and training with knowledge of, and experience in, the operations of government.
