Reporting to the General Manager of Dutton Finanical Services, an exciting opportunity has now become available within our Dutton One Dealership, Fairfield.
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Broker / Business Manager to service our customers. The successful incumbent will be introduced to all customers at the point of sale and will be required to provide customers with assistance in either re-financing or upgrading the customers current vehicle or assets. You will work as part of the dealership sales teams in a collaborative approach, contributing towards the dealerships goal of selling cars and growth of the Dutton Financial Services brand.
The preferred candidate must have an Automotive Finance/Brokerage background and sales experience, as well as high level customer service focus and an eye for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell all products we offer.
Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, both over the phone and in person a MUST
- Preferred, but not essential knowledge of multiple panel of lenders and products to identify the best outcome for our customers’ needs
- Strong organisational skills and time management
