This positionwill:
- Capture and maintain the asset information accurately and perform day to day asset information management tasks that support asset financial management, operations, maintenance, condition assessment, risk assessment and asset investment planning functions of the Division.
- Participate in the asset management continuous improvement program by monitoring and analyzing the asset information from various sources and provide timely asset information for informed decision making.
- Optimise various asset management systems and support the asset management practices of the Division.
Aboutyou
Our ideal candidate willhave:
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, asset management, project management, business administration, or 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in performing analysis in various information technology systems specifically in relation to Asset Management Information Systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in performing financial asset management functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the application of building codes & plans, safe work practices and risk management in the construction and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
- Technical & problem-solving skills as characterised by the ability to investigate, analyse, interpret, and provide advice for Property & Fleet assets.
- High level communication skills to effectively manage key relationships; including sound written and numeracy skills to develop technical reports, concept plans, master plans, building maintenance strategies and correspondence.
- Current “C” class driver’s license.
Level6:
- Formal qualifications in Asset Management.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and guidelines relating to Property & Fleet assets and appropriate asset management standards.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems by using research, analysis and evaluation of information which is often not readily available or is difficult to extract from various systems and tools.
