Senior Associate Director - Campaign Evaluation & Brand Equity

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a people leader, passionate about social and commercial research consultancy.
The magic of this role is the variety of social impact Government work alongside the stretchy thinking of brand and marketing projects for some of Australia’s favourite brands. Every problem is tackled co-creatively and solved through a customised quantitative research methods with a specialism in brand & communications research.
We are looking for a talented Senior Associate Director to join the growing Melbourne team in a full-service, client-facing, insights role.
Key responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Bringing your own individual style and personality to enhance client relationships.
• Lead research programs – Brand Equity tracking, Campaign Evaluation and strategy, and customer segmentation.
• Manage the execution of research programs – often juggling multiple projects and diving in to diverse and fascinating topics
• A hands-on researcher capable with statistical software – SPSS/Q
• Developing clear and concise reports and presentations
• Support the senior leadership team and internal cultural initiatives.
