About the Role
Our client seeks an experienced Senior Associate to join their expanding Commercial Dispute Resolution (CDR) team in Brisbane. You'll collaborate with esteemed partners and lawyers in a national team of over 98 members. Manage diverse Commercial Litigation matters, including financial services, property disputes, and insolvency. This role offers significant career advancement opportunities and the chance to work on complex matters for interesting clients.
About You
Ideal candidates will possess:
- 5-8 years of post-admission experience in Australia.
- Background in general Commercial Litigation/disputes, preferably from a large or medium-sized law firm or specialized litigation practice.
- Experience in financial services and regulatory disputes preferred.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to lead matters through dispute resolution processes confidently.
- Willingness and experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Capacity to manage a busy workload effectively with competing timelines.
