We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join this Mergers & Acquisitions team based in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and will play a pivotal role in the firm's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage M&A transactions from start to finish.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and draft transactional documents.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on a range of M&A matters.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives.
- 8+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong academic background in law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions.
