We are currently seeking a Senior Category Brand Manager to lead our dynamic Body category. Reporting to the Head of Category, you will drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the success of our body care range through increased sales, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Your Role

As the Senior Category Brand Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to spearhead the development and execution of strategic plans to elevate the Body segment at MECCA. You will foster strong relationships with our esteemed body brand partners, identify avenues for growth to exceed customer expectations, and provide regular reporting and sales forecasts to optimize profitability and ensure long-term success.

In addition to shaping the category strategy and brand performance, you will collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Loyalty teams to orchestrate impactful go-to-market strategies for new product launches. You will also play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing team members within the Merchandise function, while championing department-wide projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.

• Experience in devising and executing category and brand strategies to drive sustainable growth
• Demonstrated ability to enact meaningful change, influencing senior stakeholders and engaging cross-functional teams
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a knack for fostering strong partnerships with global brands
• Previous leadership experience, with a focus on inspiring high-performance teams and driving results
• Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of managing P&L and driving efficiencies
• Proven expertise in coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
• Adept negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering mutually beneficial outcomes
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Digital, and Finance
