Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
Your Opportunity:
The position of Senior Building Maintenance Coordinator will:
- Coordinate daily Building Maintenance works and services requirements across the Queensland Children's Hospital Precinct and Community Sites in an efficient, ethical, and confidential manner.
- Assist in management of the Principal Contractor, whilst maintaining and further developing all relevant compliance and safety requirements for facilities and Building Maintenance services whilst ensuring a high standard quality service with a strong client focus.
- Coordinate occasional works and minor new works activities across Children's Health Queensland (CHQ) owned and leased Property portfolio ensuring compliance with the relevant Australian Standards, Building Codes and Regulations.
