THE OPPORTUNITY 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Technology Department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and facilitate the growth of our organisation.

Business Architecture & Analysis:

• Work with business leadership to develop innovative business models and structures that support Finance One's improvement and growth.
• Support development, management, and maintenance of key architectural models such as the Value Chain, Process Overviews, Capability Model, Operating Model, and Customer Journeys.
• Analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and document precise business requirements for system implementations and enhancements.
• Evaluate proposed solutions, assessing their impact on the business and highlighting risks and benefits.
• Transform requirements into clear and testable user stories with personas and acceptance criteria 

Testing & Training:

• Collaborate with the Development team to test bug fixes, enhancements, and new features.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions as needed.
• Ensure smooth transitions and successful integration of changes in processes and systems across the organisation.

Business User Support & Project Management:

• Educate and support Finance One’s commercial and service teams, ensuring their proficiency in our products and technologies.
• Provide user system support for key process challenges, including originations, onboarding, customer care, and credit management applications.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of innovative systems like customer portals and mobile applications.
• Understand complex initiatives across Finance One and support the development of improvement programs.

What You Need

Our ideal candidate will possess: 

• Tertiary IT degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of the Agile Manifesto and its impact on organisational culture.
• Demonstrated experience delivering agile initiatives in high-performing teams.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in process improvement, technology projects, and software product development and delivery.
• Experience in Business Process Modelling and Business Process Re-engineering.
• Experience working within or delivering complex programs of work.
