- Capture identified needs through user stories, functional requirements, and process maps.
- Review and ensure accuracy of UAT Test Plans and Test Cases.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit and validate processes and requirements.
- Experience working within local government.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field, or substantial industry experience.
- Expertise in documenting accurate requirements under Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Significant experience in a Business Analyst role managing complex projects.
