Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales across their wholesale, retail and mobile unit clients. This a pure Business Development role, where accounts will be handed off to account managers once established.
Role:
- Lead and coordinate efforts to secure new business
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and facilitate business improvements initiatives
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions for clients.
- Market map and identify new business opportunities an trends.
- Contract negotiation
- Experience in B2B within the building materials, or industrial manufacturing background (required)
- Experience as Business Development or Senior BDM would be preferred.
- Proven track record of increasing sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer centric approach and strong attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and presentations skills
- Autonomous worker who is happy to travel across the state
