The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Business Services Administrator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and act as a key contact for a variety of areas including O’Brien Group’s insurance and external motor vehicle fleet. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage insurance claim queries, review and first authorisation of invoices and manage the annual insurance return
  • Motor vehicle fleet management including; Review lease contracts; repairs; novated lease administration; and allocate funds from disposal of vehicles
  • Assist the Finance and Operation’s team with property administration including; rental payments and bonds; new location and relocation; and updating the property registers
  • Overseeing travel management for the O’Brien Group
  • Updating and managing regular reports for the Accounts Payable and Accounting team
  • Banking administration, bank guarantees and credit cards
