Access the National Relay Service
In consultation with the Change and Communications Lead and Subject Matter Experts, develop local business change readiness collateral including role guides, user manuals, job aids, cheat sheets and checklists.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge of business change management fundamentals including experience delivering change management activities that have translated into business outcomes and benefits.
- Experience implementing communication strategies evidenced by the ability to research, write and disseminate information to target audiences in a range of communication mediums.
- Strong background working in a Change and communication management/business transformational project environment.
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills including the ability to effectively liaise, consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders and build positive relationships in an environment of change.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications, registrations and other requirements

- While not mandatory, professional and or tertiary level qualifications in areas such as information technology, business management or project management would be well regarded.
- Service delivery experience in a large, diverse and complex operating environment is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP ECC6/Workbrain and/or SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
