Your Role:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes as specified by the Executive Chef
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Monitor and manage food inventory and supplies
Your Qualities & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
- Minimum of certificate III in commercial cookery
- Strong culinary and food safety knowledge
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be vaccinated against Covid
