With excellent management and support, they are seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to elevate the culinary offerings to new heights and work with the multi hatted Head Chef.
About you:
- Extensive experience in premium dining, with a focus on Josper and wood-fired cooking.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals.
- Ability to innovate and contribute to menu development, enhancing our dining experience.
- Meticulous approach to food quality, presentation, and kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency amidst changing demands.

The role:
- Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation and management of the kitchen.
- Drive the team in all aspects of the kitchen from prep through to delivering a fast and efficient service.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the junior staff and encouraging a dynamic and positive culture in the workplace.
- Work with the Head Chef on menu development and recipe management.
- Understand and manage the food and labour cost through efficient ordering processes and managing the staffing levels through the week.
