Margan Restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to join our talented Restaurant team. The right person will be experienced, have a passion for creating and executing seasonally inspired dishes using our estate grown produce and be able to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Margan Wines and Restaurant is a five-star winery with an acclaimed restaurant dedicated to the complete food and wine experience. We are certified Sustainably Farmed and a leader in the field of Agri-dining. Our restaurant kitchen garden and orchard, olive groves, free range chickens and estate reared lambs provide an incredible range of organically grown produce for our kitchen team to use in our ‘farm to fork’ menus.
Margan Wines was established in 1996 and the Restaurant opened in 2007 so as a business we provide experience, stability and mentoring and career opportunities. We pride ourselves on our family based culture and friendly work environment.
