Operating out of an old iconic Garage located in North Perth, Chinta is filled with a tropical ambience. We take great pride in our delicious Southeast Asian inspired flavours and modern Australian dishes.

We are are looking to recruit a confident Senior Chef de Partie to work across all sections in our kitchen.

Senior Chef De Partie role

• Trade qualification or equivalent
• minimum 3-5 years experience in a busy kitchen
• Have good communication skills
• Organise and maintain a busy work station
• ability to run all sections including wok
• Ordering and menu design
• Report to head chef
• Run kitchen in absence of Head and Sous Chef
• Experience with Southeast Asian cuisine a bonus
• Disiplined and passionate
• Immediate start available
