- Lead our kitchen team as a Senior Chef
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Create new menu items and recipes in consultation with the head chef
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Preparing various food items
- Prepare daily production list
- Estimating food costs, ordering food supplies, receiving, and checking stock to ensure suitable for use.
- Guiding and giving directions to other kitchen staff
- Ensure all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet the business specifications and commitment to quality.
- Ensure that all stations remain stocked before and during the working period.
- Verify other staff follow all recipes and portion servings correctly
- Ensuring proper sanitization of working stations, storage area, and entire kitchen area.
- Organize kitchen meetings to discuss various problems and provide solutions
- Managing staff level in the kitchen area
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen for a minimum of 2 years
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
