AddressAs a Senior Civil Designer, you will manage multi-phase residential land development projects from start to finish, working with key stakeholders to ensure success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and oversee residential subdivision projects, encompassing earthworks, roads, drainage, water, and sewer systems.
- Employ 12D and Auto CAD software to develop precise and detailed designs.
- Communicate efficiently with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-notch engineering solutions.
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experienced in residential subdivision design, including earthworks, roads, drainage, water, and sewer systems.
- Proficient in 12D and AutoCAD software.
- Skilled in stormwater management modeling with XP-Rafts, DRAINS, and MUSIC.
- Unitywater Accredited Certifier preferred but not required.
- Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Base salary ranging from $80k to $110k + super (negotiable base on level of experience)
