The Role

With a stable pipeline of interesting projects across the defence, public and private sectors, their workflow is resilient and secure. As a result of their growth they are looking for a Senior Civil Drafter to help lead and mentor a team of drafters across a range of urban development projects. There is also potential to develop your design skills in the future learning 12D software
The Requirements
You will be able to demonstrate:

• 6 years + experience working as a Civil Drafter within an engineering design consultancy environment using AutoCAD
• Experience working on urban development projects
• The ability to work to tight deadlines within a project office environment
• Full working rights in Australia
• The ability to teach and mentor juniors
• The ability to lead a team
