Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Wangara WA
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, property managers, and clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Manage and grow existing contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit maintenance tenders, site reports, and quotations for new contracts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Utilize relevant HVAC knowledge with a mechanical or electrical background to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development and/or sales within the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
- Possess basic knowledge of business finance to understand and analyse project costs and profitability.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
