Senior Client Service Officer | Gold Coast | $75K Plus Super

Exclusive to ARP our client is based near the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast, they are seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join their supportive administration team.

Working closely with two fellow Client Service Officers, you will be part of a team with excellent support structures and training focused on providing their clients with the best service. 

The Role:

• Work closely with a highly experienced team of advisers and support staff 
• Delivering exceptional Client Service and relationship management to the client base
• onboard new clients 
• Implementation of advice 
• Complete day-to-day operational duties
• Manage and update clients' details on Xplan
• The Person for the Client Service manager vacancy
• Minimum of 5 years working within a Financial Planning Practice
• Experience working closely with Financial Planners 
• Experience with end-to-end implementation 
• Strong customer service skills 
• Friendly and pleasant demeanour

About you:

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is highly client-service-focused. The suitable candidate will have previously worked in a Financial Advice Practice with the following qualities.

• Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.
• Demonstrating initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail with a confident, client-friendly attitude.
• Be proactive in identifying discrepancies with client data and take ownership to correct them.
• Strong written and oral communication skills necessary.

The salary will be based on experience. We have been given a range of $70k - $75k plus super, which is dependent on experience. Flexible working arrangements are available. 4-day week/9-day fortnight options available
