Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for advice, investment administration, client reviews, and general administration tasks.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day tasks such as client requests, applications, and correspondence from fund managers, life companies, and superannuation providers.
- Meet and greet clients, book appointments, and prepare client files prior to meetings.
- Liaise with clients, service providers, and accountants.
- Update and maintain client management systems.
- Manage client communications via mail, telephone, and email.
- Follow up outstanding requirements with clients and providers in collaboration with advisers.
- Assist in managing compliance policies and procedures.
- Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry as required.
Qualifications & experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and X Plan programs.
- Experience in a similar role with a good understanding of the financial services industry.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and telephone manner.
