Senior Commercial Business Partner

The role:
The Senior Commercial Business Partner is a key role within the NSW Private Hospitals finance team, responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to a portfolio of private hospitals. The role focuses on analysing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to drive commercial decision-making and optimize financial performance. The Senior Commercial Business Partner collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that align with the company's objectives. The role will assist with routine accounting duties including month-end, budgeting and forecasting of activity and financial results.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in finance, Business Partnering or strategic planning roles
  
• Strong Financial modelling and Financial Analysis and Reporting skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  
• Business Partnering - collaborate with key stakeholders including business development, marketing, corporate services and operations
  
• Commercial Strategy and Planning skills
  
• Experience overseeing financial accounting processes and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  
• Professional certification like CPA or CA is highly desirable
  

Remuneration:
Total remuneration package will be based on experience level and relevant qualifications + salary packaging - between $140,000-160,000 TRP.
