The Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Commercial Contract Advisor to join our Contracts & Commercial Services team. This is an opportunity to bring your energy experience and knowledge to support contract management of APA's energy assets. This position is based in Brisbane, QLD on a Permanent - Fulltime basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing revenue agreements for APA's energy assets and maintaining excellent relationships with APA's customers.
- Ensuring compliance with contract obligations for revenue agreements including issuing contractual notices.
- Interpreting contracts and providing high quality commercial guidance and advice in a fast-paced operations environment
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Law or Business or relevant work experience in the energy sector.
- Proven commercial contract management experience in the energy sector.
- Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent teamwork, customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Legal training and experience preferred but not required.
