ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Sydney office is looking for a driven Associate level Commercial and/or Property Lawyer with at least five years' experience wanting to grow into a leadership role. You will be supported to achieve this and be exposed to complex commercial transactions (both corporate and property based), financial transactions, drafting commercial agreements, restructures, estate planning and general corporate and business advice.
You will want to work within a close-knit team supporting the firm's clients, but also want the opportunity to make a pathway for your own future growth within the firm. You will also want to take a leadership role with junior staff.
ABOUT YOU
- You will already have experience across a range of legal practice areas acting for business and commercial clients and want to expand that experience.
- You will have goals that you want to achieve with the firm providing support and mentorship.
