About the Role
Working closely alongside 2 experienced Partners, you will be working on a wide range of commercial transactions and regulatory matters, for a diverse client base, such as maritime, rail, telecommunications, airports, and logistics.
You will be assisting clients, by drafting complex contracts, negotiating and providing timely advice on front-end major projects, corporate M&A, and other commercial related matters.
About You
Focused & ambitious Lawyer; with
- 1-4+ years as a Senior Associate, coming out of a reputable law firm;
- An Australian or New Zealand LLB, JD or Diploma in Law, coupled with strong academics;
- A valid Australian practicing certificate;
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritise;
- Willingness & ability to provide support & mentorship for junior lawyers;
- Excellent communication & the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
