This long standing and successful, full-service law firm in Melbourne's East is offering a mid level Associate or Senior Commercial Lawyer the chance to take up a role offering quality commercial work for a long-standing client base. You will have experience across some or all of the following areas; M & A deals, buying & selling of businesses, JV and Shareholder agreements as well as franchising and IP and corporate advisory.
You will have good, sound, general commercial skills, knowledge & acumen and a minimum 5 -8 years PAE experience in the Commercial/Corporate space. You will be able to work autonomously or as part of a team (working closely with one of the principals).
You will have experience working autonomously and handling your own files from start to finish.
