About the Role:AboutThis opportunity, which has come about due to the continual growth of this exceptional firm, will see you working with some of the country's high-end retail and commercial brands and companies on a range of Commercial IT/Tech contracts. The firm will be heavily investing in this role with a dedicated mentor and will see you working on matters including:

• Facilitate technology transactions (purchase and sale of technology businesses or assets).
• Support the commercialisation of technology for enterprise or consumer markets.
• Oversee technology contracts, including development, maintenance, and support services.
• Manage aspects of e-commerce, online transactions, cloud-based technology, and data protection.

Key Requirements:

• You will hold between 3-8 Years PAE: with previous experience in Commercial IT/Tech Contracts
• Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand and align with client business models and needs.
• High-Level Engagement: Proficiency in working at a high level with high-end clients and maintaining strong relationships.
• Desirable: Experience with Contract Express is highly regarded.
