We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial & Pricing Manager based in either Sydney or Melbourne. We offer excellent flexible working arrangements with DeloitteFlex.

What will your typical day look like?
As one of our Senior Commercial Managers, specialising in pricing and negotiating our Master Service Agreements, you will be working alongside highly skilled, passionate, and experienced local and offshore team members. Your role will be to work with our clients and senior stakeholders to ensure that framework agreements, panel responses and rate cards are market best practice to support our clients to leverage innovative commercial models across the full scope of Deloitte Australia's services.
This role sits within Deloitte Australia's Commercial Office, which supports a series of integral activities including:
The provision of expert commercial advice, conducting commercial win labs and constructing robust pricing constructs and financial models for major strategic pursuits.
Engaging with procurement counterparts at our clients to adeptly negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and rate cards.
Supporting significant commercial events, such as MSA renewals/extensions and rate and scope reviews, working alongside Lead Client Service Partners (LCSPs) to navigate these significant milestones.
Managing MSA reporting obligations to clients, ensuring their seamless fulfillment.
Providing commercial acumen training and development programs for the firm's practitioners
About the Team
Deloitte's commercial office supports the firm's largest pursuits, MSA's and panel agreements, and challenged engagements, while also growing commercial acumen across the firm.
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
We're looking for candidates with a combination of the following:
10+ years of experience in any of the following: Pricing, Commercial Management and Negotiation.
Experience negotiating commercial deals and contracts with Client Procurement and Legal teams, preferably with companies in the ASX200.
A passion for sharing Commercial Knowledge through formal training and informal advice.
The ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Connection building to help uplift commercial outcomes by sharing examples and learning from across the business.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Pricing experience including a passion for value based pricing and innovative financial models.
Experience setting rate cards and ensuring compliant responses to support preferred supplier status for key Clients.
Attention to detail and a desire to continuously improve and scale processes in a growing team.
Experience leading both virtual and direct team members.
Natural intellectual curiosity and problem-solving drive.
