The Role
In this role you will lead the delivery of internal and external communication strategies and activities across a range of channels to support the delivery of the NSW Ombudsman Strategic Plan. This role also manages our social media platforms, content creation, delivery and reporting.
The role’s primary focus will be to ensure:
- the public understand our role, can access our services, and have trust and confidence that we will help
- we are an employer of choice whose workforce is diverse, highly engaged and capable, and bound together by shared values, purpose and culture
- You have a proven track record in leading the delivery and implementation of successful communication plans to achieve key business and project objectives. You also have demonstratable experience delivering content campaigns and projects with a user/customer focus.
- You are skilled in managing communication platforms (in particular social media), reporting on performance using a variety of analytical tools.
- You will know how to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and internal clients.
· Video editing and/or production skills would be desirable.
