What can you expect?

A rare opportunity exists within the Workers Compensation Team to service our clients across Australia who may be looking at alternative ways in which to manage their workers compensation arrangements. This unique opportunity will see you providing expert strategic advice to current and prospective self-insurer clients across Australia. You'll be acting as Project Manager on client projects and identifying opportunities to develop new business for the team.

We will count on you to:

• Actively develop and generate new and expanded business opportunities
• Provide strategic advice in all aspects of self-insurance
• Act as Project Manager on client projects
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators and broader partners

Day-to-day this might include:

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services
• Project manage financial feasibility studies and self-insurer claim audits
• Prepare applications for initial eligibility and subsequent applications for self-insurance
• Prepare and manage all aspects of Third Party Administrator (TPA) tenders
• Provide advice and support to clients about the license consideration phase
• Represent MMB at industry events
• Monthly reporting, invoicing and debtor management

What you need to have:

• Previous experience delivering advice to current and prospective self-insurers in Workers Compensation
• Demonstrated ability to drive new business
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Effective communication skills
• Efficient time and task management
• Ability to manage projects
