The Role
- This role will be responsible for supporting portfolio modelling & management across Specialised Portfolio Management (Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Agri Business (Agri) and Franchising
- This includes sourcing and producing the analysis, financial modelling and insights required to support senior management, the business and other stakeholders on optimizing performance and outcomes of the portfolio.
- Uplifting the data capture & automation of portfolio reporting to provide more real time insights.
- It also includes building out capability to use early warning indicators to understand portfolio trends on a timelier basis.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with colleagues and executives to help manage Specialised Portfolios
- Develop capability to monitor portfolio on a timelier basis.
- Provide insights and recommendations on actions that can be taken to optimise portfolio outcomes and drive and track outcomes on initiatives.
- Produce and co-ordinate regular and ad hoc reports to monitor and track and explain the performance of the business.
- Model implications associated with any changes to portfolio shape and settings and/or management interventions.
What you will bring:
- 7+ year banking experience including experience working with large data sets to provide insights.
- Demonstrated experience with using Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL & Python desirable.
