Well Life Services is seeking an outcomes focused, dynamic and future focused person to lead our HR Team. As our Human Resources Manager you will be an integral part of the executive team and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, fostering a culture of growth and engagement aligned with Well Life Services values of Transparency, Respect, Inclusion, Courage and Celebration. Having staff that live by these values is key to our organization to deliver the best services we can.
You will have extensive generalist HR experience, a curious mind and seek to empower those around you. Your proven success in leading and mentoring an enthusiastic HR Team in a growing organization within Health Services Sector would be highly valued. Your team provides services across the greater Darling Downs Region, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Logan and manages all areas of human resource and training included (but not limited to) employee relations and recruitment, learning and development and employment-related risk management and governance as well as managing the IT Services.

Key responsibilities include:
- Undertake a comprehensive review of the HR department including staff performance, job descriptions and productivity, providing solutions to ensure greater efficiency and productivity in line with the Strategic Plan in our growing organization.
- Oversee Performance Management
- Oversee Recruitment and talent attraction and retention strategies.
- Responsibility for the HR Metrics and Communications
- Responsibility for Employee relations (policies & procedures)
- Overarching responsibility to ensure all employment practices comply with national, state and local regulations.
