As our Contract Administrator, you will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to every stage of project delivery. Collaborating closely with our Commercial and Project Delivery teams, your responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of commercial practices. From ensuring compliance and contract administration to managing claims, reporting, and financial processes, your role will be instrumental in driving excellence.
Your guidance on procurement and contract administration procedures will be crucial to maintaining consistent best practices throughout our projects. You'll excel at managing and monitoring contract securities, insurances, claims, and variations under the head contract and key subcontracts. Additionally, you'll provide invaluable support in preparing monthly progress reports and expertly handle any disputes that arise.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in contracts administration, demonstrating your seasoned expertise.
- Ideally, a tertiary qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, legal, or a related business discipline.
- Exposure to multi-unit residential projects, showcasing your versatility.
- Your enthusiasm and unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience working with Jobpac or a similar platform, highlighting your technical prowess.
