ABOUT THE PROJECTGrowthbuilt are excited to have been awarded Design & Construction for a marquee project on the waterfront at Shell Cove Marina. The project consists of a 117-room luxury hotel, 32 serviced apartments and 42 luxury apartments. The harbourfront Hotel offers extraordinary amenity including a resort-style infinity pool, restaurant, ballroom, day space and gym facilities. Exceptional hotel amenities combine with a world-class marina which will create an experience unmatched in a breathtaking, absolute waterfront setting.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to take the lead and support our Senior Project Manager on our new project based in Shell Cove.If you are looking for the next step in your career then this is the role for you, we offer the flexibility of working from Head Office in Sydney or on site where you will support the team by - letting out packages, managing contracts, and scope of works. Project is on schedule and due for completion early 2025.Your day make look something like this:Tender response evaluationSubcontractor negotiation, selection and managementCertification and payment of Progress ClaimsFinalisation of paymentsLiaison with Project Managers, Site Managers, Subcontractors and SuppliersWork within a third-party accredited Quality, Environmental & WHS systemsGuide and mentor our first year Cadet on a Contract Administration rotationHere's what you'll need to succeed in the role:5+ years experience in Contracts Administration working for a Tier 2/3 Head ContractorProficient experience systems such as Jobpac, Payapps, AconexStrong experience managing trades and letting packages and progress claimsExcellent negotiation & communication skills and stakeholder managementStrong attention to detail and experience in process and document controlExceptional problem-solving abilityMust have experience with Australian Standards & Building CodesTHE PERKSNo mandatory Saturday WorkJoin a well-resourced team and collaborative teamSee yourself as a future Project Manager?
